I'm Kat. A registered dietitian nutritionist, a relentless optimist and advocate for flexible nutrition. My passion is helping women with PCOS, just like you, improve their symptoms without restriction.

I take a weight inclusive and all foods fit approach to help my clients make small changes that make a big impact. I believe in putting intention into our eating patterns in an enjoyable, individualized and realistic way.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women with PCOS - confused, frustrated & desperate to find strategies to improve their symptoms that isn't going on another restrictive diet. And I am here to tell you - you can feel empowered in your PCOS journey! Food can be our medicine, but not at the expense of our mental health.
